Ben Anderson is a founder, investor, and managing partner of American Legacy, focused on acquiring and growing enduring small businesses. He began his career as a civil engineer before earning his MBA from USC Marshall and working in leveraged finance and restructuring at UBS and GLC Advisors.
In 2019, Ben served as lead investor in the acquisition of a regional tent and awning company and became its active managing partner. He helped reposition the business as L2 Structures, a national provider of temporary industrial and construction structures, while leading strategic planning, capital allocation, finance, contracting, and organizational development. Under his leadership, L2 became a leading national industrial tent company before being acquired by United Rentals in 2024.
Today, Ben works closely with management teams to strengthen operations, accelerate growth, and create lasting value.

Alex Gamboa is an Operating Partner of American Legacy and President of G Mack Demolition, a Phoenix-based demolition contractor acquired in 2026. At G Mack, Alex works alongside the company’s management team to drive growth, strengthen operations, and build the business for the long term.
Prior to acquiring G Mack, Alex spent two decades across commercial real estate, investing, entrepreneurship, and community development. He led AG20 Investments, served as a Senior Vice President with ABI Multifamily, and has founded and advised businesses and organizations spanning real estate, sustainability, and education. Over the course of his career, he has overseen more than $60 million in real estate projects and worked across the U.S. and Mexico.
Alex is a graduate of Yale University and is fluent in Spanish.

Joseph Kim is an Operating Partner at American Legacy, where he is responsible for overseeing one of the firm’s portfolio companies and working closely with its leadership team to support operations, growth, and long-term success. He is currently focused on identifying the next great business to partner with and lead through its next chapter of growth.
Prior to joining American Legacy, Joseph was an Investment Banking Analyst at Oppenheimer & Co. in Baltimore, where he focused on M&A and capital markets transactions for public and private companies in the industrials sector.
Joseph earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia in 2024.

Andrey Kamogari is an Operating Partner at American Legacy and currently leads operations at RPM Evolve. At RPM Evolve, Andrey works alongside the company’s management team to strengthen operations, drive growth, and build the business for the long term.
Prior to RPM Evolve, Andrey spent more than a decade as an entrepreneur, building, acquiring, and selling businesses across home and consumer services. His experience spans temporary housing, property management, commercial services, and real estate, giving him a broad operating perspective across service-based businesses.
Andrey holds a BA in International Business from San Diego State University.

Ryan Flannery is the Marketing Director at American Legacy, where he is responsible for directing the sales and marketing strategy across the firm’s portfolio of companies.
He works closely with company leadership teams to develop and execute initiatives focused on sales execution, go-to-market strategy, customer acquisition, revenue growth, brand positioning, and overall marketing performance.
His role spans both strategy and execution, helping ensure each company has the tools, systems, and approach needed to build sustainable growth.

Aron Hooks is a Strategic Advisor to American Legacy, where he advises the team on investment strategy, new investment opportunities, transaction execution, and actively managing the long-term value creation strategy across several of American Legacy's portfolio of companies.
Aron has founded, acquired, and built a number of successful companies, giving him a practical operator’s perspective on growth, capital allocation, organizational development, and the challenges that come with building and scaling enduring businesses.
Prior to life as a private investor and entrepreneur, Aron held several roles in investment banking and private equity, working with middle-market companies across a broad range of industries and stages of growth.
